Why 'Alchemy'? After many years operating as The Beauty Lounge Salcombe, I felt it was time for a fresh start. The name Alchemy perfectly captures the journey I love to guide my clients through the process of transforming something ordinary into something extraordinary, especially when it comes to skin health and confidence.

Alchemy has a few meanings but the one that resonated with me was "The process of taking something less ordinary and making it extra ordinary", sometimes in ways that cannot be explained. I feel this lends itself well to the skincare and confidence journey people can find themselves on but also to the past challenging year of business.

Meet Zoe - Head Alchemist

I began my career in beauty back in 2011, starting small but passionate.
Over the years, my love for skincare deepened, and I committed to
expanding my expertise in advanced skin therapies. After restructuring
my business in 2020, I chose to focus entirely on what I'm most
passionate about: helping clients achieve healthier, glowing skin
through tailored treatments and education.

At Alchemy Clinic, I combine advanced skin therapies with a holistic
approach recognising the powerful role that diet, nutrition, and
lifestyle play in skin health. I'm dedicated to staying at the forefront
of the industry, continuously updating my skills to confidently tackle
even the most complex skin concerns.

With a growing waiting list, my passion as a facialist is evident in
every treatment I provide.

Qualifications

I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Advanced Skin Therapies and am trained in a
wide range of treatments including chemical peels, Laser, microneedling,
radio frequency, LED therapy, and more.

She will be the friendly voice on the end of the phone or responding to your emails, she will be available on the phones Mondays-Friday 9-10am and 5-6pm should you need to speak to us, otherwise you can leave a message and it will be responded to then.

Nicola has lived and worked in the South Hams for over 30 years raising her three daughters.

She has vast experience in reception and front of house work and has a keen passion for health and wellbeing.
