We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel or to amend an appointment, this allows us time to fill the appointment. We will always attempt to fill the appointment and if the appointment is filled you will not be charged, if we are unable to fill the appointment for the same length of time or value, we reserve the right to charge for the appointment.
If you do not turn up or cancel more than one appointment, we may ask for payment upfront to secure future bookings.
If you wish to amend an appointment such as shortening your facial time or removing a waxing service, we require 48 hours notice or the cancellation policy applies.
If you are running late a phone call is appreciated, it is highly likely we will be in treatment so please do leave us a message. Your treatment may need to be shortened or adjusted accordingly or we may need to reschedule if we feel we are unable to complete the treatment to a high standard, the cancellation policy above will apply.
The booking system will send you an email at the time of booking your appointment, it will also automatically generate an email and text message reminder which will be sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Please note that these reminders are complimentary and cannot be guaranteed, it is your responsibility to make a note of your appointment.
By purchasing a block of treatments, you will be making a saving vs purchasing them on a pay as you go basis. With this in mind, there are some Terms and conditions attached to the usage of courses below.
Payment for courses can be split in two: The first part of this is always payable on or before your first treatment and the second payment must be made at the treatment considered to be halfway through the course.
Our tinting services require you to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your service unless you have had tinting treatments with us within the past 12 months. It is the client’s responsibility to inform of us any reactions that result of a patch test. If you have a positive reaction please ensure you notify us with 48 hours notice or the cancellation policy may be implemented.
We are unable to perform any services on a child under the age of 12.
Any client under the age of 16 will require a parent or guardian to be present, in the room for the duration of the treatment and written consent will be required in advance. In the absence of consent or the presence of a parent or guardian, the treatment will be refused and the cancellation policy enforced.
We require a treatment consent form before your first treatment. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any changes in medical health or medication prior to an appointment.
For some treatments we may require a Dr's letter, provided you have filled out your medical consent forms in advance we will be able to advise you on this. If we require a Dr's note we will be unable to proceed without this. This is decided by our insurance.
We will always try our very best to reunite any belongings with their owners but we take no responsibility for any items left behind or lost whilst on the clinic grounds.
There is parking on-site, on occasion we find that other people park in this space and we cannot guarantee its availability. Please leave adequate time should you need to find alternative parking.
We are unable to take any responsibility for theft or damage to vehicles left on the clinic’s grounds.
