I offer two different levels of DMK treatment, but all facials are progressive, and the treatment may change each time I see you depending on how your skin is that day.
Enzyme Therapy is a results-based facial treatment that uses plant-based enzymes to exfoliate dead skin cells, and promote healing and generation of new skin cells.

DMK Muscle Banding Treatments send deep contracting signals to the platysma muscles which run from the base of the neck, muscles under the jaw line and over the nasal labial muscles at the sides of the mouth.
Muscle Banding is the same as lifting weights at the gym to tone the muscles of the body. Lifting the weight causes a contraction, thereby increasing circulation and oxygenation to the area and eventually building stronger, firmer muscle tissue. Stress and age also affect the working of the immune and lymphatic systems.
The Muscle Banding technique and the multiple Enzyme Masque application also stimulates the function of the thymus gland which plays a significant role in how the immune system performs. DMK treatments are generally 90 minutes, with the most ‘active’ stage being the 45 minutes that you will have the mask on for. The mask needs this time to work and you will need to be prepared to lie there and relax for the duration. During this time, you may feel a pulsing sensation – this is the effect of the enzymes at work as they help circulate blood and oxygen through your cells. Over the course of your treatment, the mask will set hard and you’ll feel your skin actively tightening, you won’t be able to talk easily, and you may feel some downward pressure and this can feel strange. I will be in the room with you the whole time.
These facials are treatments in every sense of the word - they are not for a "bit of pampering" they are for clients who want results.
There isn’t any major downtime with DMK, more often than not the skin is often tighter and brighter with a lovely healthy glow. The plasmatic effect is likely to have subsided by the time you leave the clinic but it is an active treatment so it is normal to feel a little dry or sometimes tight after a session, especially early on in your journey, this is why it is so important to factor in a course. DMK is totally prescriptive and we will assess the skin at each treatment and look to build on previous treatments, this does mean your reaction to each facial could be totally different.
How many you will need will depend on your concerns and what you are trying to achieve.
The majority of facials won’t offer longterm results with just one facial, and this is particularly true with DMK.
A course will enable you to start seeing progress and results that when maintained can last you a lifetime.
Although we will tweak the frequency based on your goals be prepared that I may need to see you every week or other week for 6/7 treatments, after this initial course we would then consider monthly maintenance.
DMK Muscle banding facials can be excellent as a one off for an upcoming event or social occasion where you want to look your absolute best but I would always suggest a course leading up to this where possible
